1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pgjoy ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pgjoy online gaming platform, including the website located at pgjoy.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register for and use a pgjoy account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal gambling age in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be classified as a compulsive or problem gambler, nor have you voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling activities.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a pgjoy account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must provide your legal name, valid date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any funds.

2.3 Account Verification

pgjoy reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or other valid ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide requested documentation within 14 days of our request. Failure to provide verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify pgjoy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pgjoy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account that results from your negligence.

2.5 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one account with pgjoy. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names or using different email addresses, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and confiscate any balances and winnings obtained through such accounts.

3. Deposits and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

pgjoy accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and such other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified for each payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processors.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately; any request to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Players who wish to set or modify deposit limits may do so through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the pgjoy platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply. You acknowledge and accept that currency fluctuations and conversion fees are beyond our control.

3.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pgjoy account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities. pgjoy reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposits and to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds. We may refuse to process deposits or may reverse deposits if we have reasonable grounds to believe that such funds are derived from illegal activities or violate any applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your identity and compliance with our security procedures. Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash (5 minutes to 24 hours), bank transfer (1 to 3 business days), and other methods as specified at the time of withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which vary depending on the payment method and your account status. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits and priority processing. pgjoy reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal restrictions or delays if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or bonus abuse.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements for any bonuses or promotions you have accepted. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Attempts to circumvent wagering requirements through irregular betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

4.4 Verification Requirements for Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and account verification. We may request additional documentation at the time of withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required verification documents have been submitted and approved. This verification process is required by applicable regulations and is designed to protect both you and pgjoy from fraud and money laundering.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

All games offered on the pgjoy platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been tested and approved by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined solely by these RNGs and are entirely random and unpredictable. Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface or in the game information section. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Use of multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or abuse bonuses
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including credit card fraud or identity theft
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any Platform software
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or servers

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

5.3 Disputes and Error Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transactions, or account balances, pgjoy's records shall be deemed final and conclusive. If you believe an error has occurred, you must report it to customer support within 24 hours of the alleged error. pgjoy will investigate all reported errors and, if an error is confirmed, will take appropriate corrective action. In the event of malfunction of gaming software or hardware, all affected wagers and payouts shall be void.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

pgjoy offers various bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be read and understood before accepting any bonus. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict relating to bonus-specific matters.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

pgjoy reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we reasonably believe that you have abused or attempted to abuse a bonus or promotion. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using exploits or loopholes in game software, or coordinating with other players to maximize bonus value at the expense of the Company.

6.3 Wagering Contributions

Different games contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at lower percentages (e.g., 10% to 50%) or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the terms of each promotion. Placing wagers on excluded games while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pgjoy platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of pgjoy or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The pgjoy name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without express written permission from pgjoy.

The Platform software and technology, including all source code, algorithms, and methodologies, are proprietary to pgjoy and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Platform or its content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pgjoy platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PGJOY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, including interruptions, errors, or delays in service;
• Loss of winnings or account balance due to your violation of these Terms.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PGJOY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PGJOY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your pgjoy account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Platform or any associated services.

10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

pgjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• You are engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Your account activity poses a risk to pgjoy or other players;
• You have abused bonuses or promotions;
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure for violation of these Terms, any funds in your account may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any refund. If your account is closed for reasons not related to violation of these Terms, your remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the pgjoy platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and pgjoy. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, pgjoy reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and pgjoy regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by pgjoy of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by pgjoy to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without pgjoy's prior written consent. pgjoy may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction and without notice to you.
